Please read and understand these terms and conditions carefully. By using spotOS and its partner facilities, you agree to comply with all the rules and regulations outlined below.

spotOS and its facility partners reserve the right to refuse access to any person/s who is or could potentially be a threat to the safety, reputation, or property and/or its occupants.
No illegal substances or activities will be tolerated on facility premises managed through spotOS.
No alcohol is permitted on facility property unless it is secured in a trailer and the alcohol is listed on the Bill of Lading.
Liability insurance must be current and a copy of the insurance card or policy must accompany the equipment at all times.
The space is permitted solely for the designated vehicle/equipment type (truck, trailer, boat, RV, or storage as applicable).
Tenants will not park in a manner that restricts other vehicles from entering or exiting the premises – violators will be towed at owner's expense.
No dropping or detaching of trailers is allowed on the premises unless specifically authorized.
Parking permits and/or permission may not be transferred from one unit of equipment to another under any circumstances.
All facility-specific rules and hours of operation must be followed.
Tenants park/store at their own risk and assume all responsibility for lost, damaged, or missing property or equipment.
The tenant, employer of the tenant, or company authorizing the tenant to sign on their behalf will be held liable for any damages to facility property.
Facility operators accept no responsibility to protect, physically accept, or redeliver the equipment or any of its contents.
Facility operators are not responsible for fire, theft, or damage of any kind to the equipment or loss of any cargo, contents, or articles in the equipment.
spotOS acts solely as a software platform provider and is not liable for facility operations or customer property.
No littering – violators will be removed from the property.
No solicitation of any kind.
Customers must follow all posted signage and facility regulations.
Harassment or abusive behavior towards staff or other customers will not be tolerated.

By using spotOS, you agree to our platform service terms in addition to these facility-specific rules. spotOS is a software platform that connects facility operators with customers. Each facility operator is an independent business responsible for their own operations, policies, and compliance with local laws.
